ABOUT 

Hi, I'm Leticia.

Part strategist. Part facilitator. Full-time truth-teller.

I've spent the last two decades working across organizations, communities, coalitions, public systems, and leadership teams—navigating growth, conflict, uncertainty, competing priorities, and change. I've been responsible for making difficult decisions, building alignment where it didn't exist, and moving important work forward when the path wasn't always clear.

I've sat in the mess. I've carried the weight of leadership.

The greatest lessons of my career didn't come from textbooks, certifications, or strategic plans. They came from navigating real people, real challenges, real conflict, and real change. Over time, those experiences taught me how to recognize patterns, assess complex situations, and get to the root of what's really happening beneath the surface.

I've learned that the challenges people talk about are often not the challenges holding them back.

That's why I'm less interested in surface-level fixes and more interested in uncovering what really matters. Because when we're honest about the challenge, meaningful change becomes possible.
